These terms govern your use of preivadigitals.com and the purchase of services from Preiva Digitals. By placing an order or making a payment you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide website development, search engine optimisation (SEO, AEO/GEO), digital marketing, and Android app development. The scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees on our Services page and are exclusive of GST unless stated. One-time projects (websites, apps) require a 50% deposit to start and 50% on completion before launch or handover. Monthly services (SEO, marketing) are billed in advance each month. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

3. Delivery

Services are delivered digitally. Typical timelines: static website 5–7 working days, WordPress website 7–14 working days, Android app 4–10 weeks, from receipt of deposit and all required content. Timelines pause while we wait for client content, approvals or access.

4. Client responsibilities

You will provide accurate content, images, logins and approvals in a timely manner, and confirm you own or have rights to all material supplied to us.

5. Revisions

Website projects include unlimited reasonable revisions to the agreed scope before launch. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

6. Ownership

On full payment, you own the website, app source code and design files delivered. Third-party items (themes, plugins, stock assets, fonts) remain under their own licences.

7. Monthly services and cancellation

There are no lock-in contracts. Monthly services may be cancelled any time with notice before the next billing date. Work already delivered for the current month is non-refundable.

8. Results

SEO, AI-search and advertising results depend on factors outside our control (search engines, competition, ad platforms). We commit to the work described in your plan and transparent monthly reporting, not to specific rankings or revenue.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction.
